How long does it take to register a domain name?
It only takes a few minutes, but it may be 24 to 48 hours before the domain can actually be accessed from the web.

What if I already have a registered Domain name?
You have to change the DNS Servers to the above so that your site can be activated on our servers. It usually takes 24 - 48 hours for your site to resolve to our servers. Just contact the registrar or hosting company that you registered with and ask them to change your name servers to the new name servers we provide you in your registration email. You can sign up for your hosting account with us either before or after you do this. Email us and we will help. Please note that the FREE domain with hosting is for .COM .NET .ORG .INFO .BIZ .US only.

How do I place an order?
To order the subscription simply click on a the NUTTYHOST SUBSCRIPTION button.

How long will it take to set up my account?
We will begin setting up your account immediately upon receipt of your order, and it will be ready within 24-48 hours for uploading via your IP address. It may take up to a few days for your name to resolve to your site. In the meantime you can use your site via your IP address. 

What method of payment can I use?
We accept credit cards and e-checks via the secure PayPal system. Or call 1-218-285-3472 to use your credit card over the phone. NuttyHost is a division of MilesCo Enterprises.

What happens after I order an account?
We will begin setting up your account - often within minutes of receiving your order, but please allow up to 24-48 hrs. Once your account is ready and payment is processed, we will contact you. (Our hosting service works on a prepayment system.) 

Can I use CGI scripts?
Yes, you will have your own CGI-BIN where you can install your own scripts. 

Can I use JAVA and Active X?
Yes, you can use compiled JAVA applets and ActiveX components. 

Can I use MySQL and PHP?
Yes, the databases are easily setup.

What if I use pictures that are not mine or stolen from someone else or do what NuttyHost deems illegal like false advertising on my hosted or designed site by NuttyHost?
NuttyHost will contact you in regards to the information deemed inappropriate and ask that you remove it or your subscription will be terminated after a very gracious 7 days.  PLEASE NOTE: Even though NuttyHost has never had to do this since NuttyHost was established in 2004... NuttyHost can cancel your hosted account with us at any time for any reason.  NuttyHost is making it clear here that if they realize that your site is containing illegal elements your hosting subscription will be terminated after a gracious 7 days of sending an email to the subscriber asking that it be removed.  If the subscriber does not comply, regardless if the email was sent to a wrong email address (it is the subscribers responsibility to maintain an accurate email address on file), the hosting account in question will be terminated and the subscriber will be asked to move their site elsewhere. NO REFUND or PRO-RATED REFUND.  Your domain registration is your domain and it can be moved to any other hosting service that accepts you.

If I cancel within the 30 days, do I get to keep the domain name that came with the subscription?
Yes, but the amount of $10 will NEED TO BE PAID IN ORDER TO KEEP THE DOMAIN NAME.
